This is a Stainless Steel self-contained steam jacketed unit, operating from an electric heated steam source contained within the unit. The kettle is made of 18.8 type 304 stainless steel, solid one piece welded construction. The console and all exposed surfaces are stainless steel. It is furnished with a triple reinforced rim with welded in butterfly shaped pouring lip for max sanitation and durability.  The tilt handle lug is on the right side. 

The unit comes with a stainless steel stand  and the original Operator Manual.
